Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages because our products may ship from different warehouses or suppliers.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Intentions Market is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other events outside of our control.
